By accessing visionvant.com or engaging VisionVant for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
VisionVant provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, content strategy, paid media management, web design, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work.
While we are confident in our methods and committed to measurable results, no agency can guarantee specific search rankings, traffic figures, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are brought current.
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for their engagement, such as content and website assets. VisionVant retains ownership of proprietary processes, frameworks, and tools used to deliver services.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in a signed agreement.
VisionVant's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisionVant is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
